Description
Each alphabet has an associated action specified in these cards.
You can play this game on an alphabet mat, or a tiled room or a rug with chequered pattern.
In the beginning all players will start from same square. Each player will draw a card and perform the action/activity specified on card. Players who completes the action mentioned on the cards will move into next square. Player who is not able to perform the action, will pass it to another player. The other player can do the action and move ahead by one square.
When all cards are exhausted , the player who is ahead in the group is declared the winner.
Do remember it’s a game to learn alphabet, so the supervising adult has to make sure that kids are learning sound of alphabet, pronunciation of words on the cards. You can also make it more interactive by asking what other action could have been done for an alphabet.
