This was my biggest struggle when my kids started learning Marathi language at school.
Being a non-marathi and not brought up in Maharashtra I dreaded teaching the language to my kids. So I filled my book shelf with Marathi dictionary, learn Marathi in a month kind of books. I would buy workbooks so that we can practice creative writing in that. And many essay books so that whenever a topic is given I have a reference book ready back home.
So for all those moms whose kids have to learn the language as part of school curriculum, here is a small helper tool. This has been designed for a play group in Mumbai and would be used as early learning tool.
This will just make the initial introduction to language easy.
